Classic car book reviews: How To Improve Triumph TR5, 250 & 6 – 212

Triumph TR5 250 & 6

This revised edition of a book first published in 2003, provides plenty of advice for owners of all the six-cylinder TR models on how to improve their car in various ways, including for competition use as well as for the road.

It’s backed up by well over 400 colour photographs to illustrate the text in detail, and the section headings give an idea of how comprehensive the coverage is. From rear drive durability, to computer ignition management and improved cockpit ventilation, to engine transplants, there doesn’t seem to be much Williams hasn’t covered, based on his own practical experience and the input of a number of marque specialists.

If you want to improve the performance, handling, comfort or reliability of a TR5/6, you’re likely to find what you want in here.
