For next month’s editon, our cover car will be a 1969 HT Holden Monaro GTS. With Aussie muscle cars such as the Monaro rapidly becoming very valuable classics, we felt it was time to take another look at this iconic Australian sports coupe. Moving our sights to the UK, we also profile a spectacular MG Metro 6R4 — one of the now almost legendary Group B rally supercars of the ’80s. Our featured car competed in the 1986 RAC Open Championship in the UK, where it was driven by Harri Toivonen. Away from muscle and rally cars, we tone things down a few notches and also check out a remarkably original Holden FE Special and go cruising in an Austin A90 Atlantic convertible.
