With the economic recession making it difficult to sell big ticket luxury items, some businesses have resorted to unusual incentive programs and discounts to help shift their products. But very few would be able to attract customers with the offer of a free Bentley with their purchase as Pearl Motor Yachts is currently doing.

British based Pearl Motor Yachts, is partnering up with luxury British automaker Bentley to offer a special deal for customers buying its flagship Pearl 60 yacht. Every buyer receives a free Bentley Continental GT Coupe, it’s that simple.

The teaming of the two brands makes some sense as they are both British luxury brands that can offer wealthy customers well-crafted and high priced transportation. Apparently many of Pearl Motor Yachts customers are already Bentley fans so it was an obvious choice to link up with the automaker.

The deal will only be in place until the 20th of September, and because of the many different options on the 60 yacht it is difficult to narrow down an exact price – but the 60 yacht that’s being built right now will cost almost £900,000 ($2.28 million NZ).
