When is a replica, not a replica? If you ask Eagle who claim to be more than just an E Type Jaguar restorer, and certainly not a constructer of replicas, their Jaguar E type Speedster shouldn’t be judged solely on the quality and originality of the parts used but should also be held accountable on its own merits.

Eagle have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure the little touches are all there including the waterfall console, custom made 3-spoke steering wheel, specially designed 3-eared wheel spinners on wide alloy spoked rims which all help towards creating classic Jaguar styling.

Under the bonnet, the Eagle 4.7 lire engine provides 300 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque this will rocket the light-weight (1100kg) Speedster to 100km/h in less than five seconds. From the looks of things Eagle has modernised an already beautiful machine to offer owners an exhilarating open air driving experience.
